When the customer purchases the Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service through Uniway, we install the software on the devices indicated by the customer or provide the installer for the customer to install.

We use the Sophos centralized management console to view and monitor all installed endpoints. We automatically detect and prioritize threats, focusing on affected computers.
