This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the website (hereinafter, the "Website") that Uniway Technologies, SL makes available to Users. The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with such obligation. In the event that the data provided belongs to the User, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained his/her authorization to provide his/her data to Uniway Technologies, SL, for the purposes indicated. The Website may offer functionalities to share content through third-party applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Uniway Technologies, S.L., processes the information provided by the User in order to respond to requests of various kinds made by the User through the Website, contact form, Marketplace section, or any other means of contact indicated on the Website. Depending on the nature of the request, but not limited to, the purpose will pursue the management of (i) purchase requests through the Marketplace of services and/or products on the Website, (ii) requests for commercial proposals, (iii) job applications or, where applicable, (iv) registration for company newsletters, as well as (v) participation in blogs, through comments, (vi) surveys, (vii) electronic communications of an informative nature, (viii) any other interaction between the User and the Uniway Technologies Website. The information provided by the User may be used by Uniway Technologies, SL to: (i) optimally provide the services and/or products contracted by the User through the Website (ii) create a commercial profile and thus improve our services using marketing tools; (iii) as well as offer more personalized services for each User; (iv) optimization of the Website. Information about data processing for sending communications from Uniway Technologies, S.L.

How long will we retain your personal data?

In general, the Personal Data provided will be kept for the time necessary to meet the User's request or as long as the User does not request its deletion. In the specific case of a CV, the data will be kept for a maximum period of three years, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.

Information to send you commercial communications (newsletter)

Personal Data provided for the sending of commercial communications (newsletter) will continue to be retained until the User revokes consent, without prejudice to the User's right to deletion or opposition.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the user's personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

- Legitimation by express consent of the User.

- In relation to the sending of commercial communications by electronic means following a prior contractual relationship, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Uniway Technologies, SL, pursuant to article 21.2 of the Law on Information Society Services.
